With a background in corporate photography and experience as a lead photographer at a local studio, he has developed a strong ability to capture meaningful family moments at White Room Studio, built over 3 years with the studio.
With his technical expertise and creative eye, Justin understands how to bring out the best in every family. He is skilled at creating a relaxed environment, allowing natural expressions and genuine interactions to unfold during each session.
Justin’s cheerful personality help families feel comfortable in front of the camera, especially little ones. His friendly approach allows families to enjoy the experience while he captures authentic moments they will treasure for years to come.

Get To Know Justin
What do you notice first about someone when they step into your studio?
The little things, what they’re wearing, their energy, how they greet us. It’s usually enough to get a first feel for who they are, and it helps me make them comfortable right away.
What’s your superpower as a photographer?
I notice everything. Even when I’m shooting the person right in front of me, I’m still catching little moments happening around me and if it’s a good one, I’ll make sure it doesn’t get missed.
And honestly? My laugh. People tell me my ‘Ha Ha Ha’ gets them laughing too, which makes everything feel a lot more natural.
Which type of session makes you happiest?
The moment I show someone a sneak peek on the camera and they go ‘waaaa’ or ‘niceee’ seeing that joy on their face never gets old. That’s what makes every session worth it.
How do you help someone who says, “I’m awkward in front of the camera”?
I make sure to point out what they’re doing right, even the small things. A little encouragement like telling them they’re a natural, helps people let their guard down fast.
What’s a photo you’re most proud of, and why?
Two come to mind: a large company photo pieced together from six group shots, and a 45-person family portrait captured in a single frame. Both pushed me to make sure no one got left out of the moment.
Describe your shooting style in one sentence.
I keep it light and easy-going, because the more fun we’re having, the better the photos turn out.
