General Questions

Will all soft copies be returned to me?

Each photoshoot package comes with 4 prints (one 8R, three 5R) and 4 retouched soft copies of those prints.

If you would like to have more/all soft copies, you can purchase more photos and products during your viewing session 1-2 weeks after your shoot!

Each additional, fully retouched soft copy starts from $75. Do download our Rate Card for the full pricing.

Does the package include makeup and clothes?

We have an in-house professional makeup artist if you require professional hair styling and makeup. Hairstyling & makeup ($150 per lady) is done in the comforts of our cosy Makeup Room, and takes about an hour prior to your photography session.

Apart from graduation gowns from select universities and institutions, as well as beautiful fabrics for mums-to-be for maternity artistic styles, the studio does not provide other outfits. We highly recommend bringing 3 outfits to photograph in for your photoshoot. See our Family Portraiture Lookbook for more inspiration!

What are the timings available?

Our studio is open for photoshoots from Monday to Sunday. The earliest timeslot starts at 9am and the latest is 5pm. Do let us know which timeslot you prefer and we will do our best to accommodate your preferred date and timing.

Our standard portraiture sessions are 1.5 hours of fun and laughter! Corporate shoots are 30 minutes long and by appointment on weekdays only.

All newborn photoshoots are 2 hours, to allow more time for the baby and parents to take breaks between photos. It’s also super simple to book a newborn shoot on a weekday – enquire now to reserve your slot!

You can expect a 30 minute photoshoot with various backgrounds that portray your lifestyle and professional outlook. Download our Branding Lookbook for outfit inspiration, posing ideas and more!

Do bring up to 2 outfits to photograph in.

  • Grooming: Do groom yourself well before coming to the session. Men can bring along hair gel to style their hair in between takes, and ladies can come with a makeup bag unless you have booked professional makeup services with us.
  • Formal: We may take a variety of half and full body shots, so matching suit and pants is important for the formal business look. For the men, it is good to wear ties that match your suit.
  • Corporate Dress: A solid colour dress for ladies is a great way to capture a strong look on camera.
  • Blouse: Generally, a formal look’s colours are plain white or blue (light or medium tone). Do avoid stripes or patterns, dresses with puffy sleeves, jackets with thick shoulder pads, dresses that are too loose or too figure-hugging. Do opt for well-fitting clothes.
  • Skirt or pants are recommended.
  • Shoes: Dress shoes are very important especially when posing for full body shots, or when seated with legs crossed.
  • Accessories: Watches and earrings can help to enhance your look.
