If you require professional hair styling and makeup, we also have an in-house professional makeup artist! Hairstyling & makeup is done in the comforts of our cosy makeup room, and it’ll take about an hour prior to your shoot.
Your Photo Shoot
On The Day Of Your Shoot
You’ll arrive at our 2-storey loft, a tastefully appointed space which offers a range of concepts to suit different themes. A slew of dedicated facilities — such as changing rooms and a makeup room — are free to use. Expect free Wi-Fi, plus a brand new guest lounge with a pantry stocked with complimentary tea and coffee.
A 1.5 hour studio session allows everyone to feel relaxed, and the duration is perfect for us to photograph your family at their best!
Our team will make you feel at home in our studio. Be our guest — we are all about capturing stunning portraiture whilst making the whole experience fun and enjoyable for you. There are also dedicated studio assistants to ensure each photoshoot runs smoothly.
We seek to draw out the natural you and celebrate each person’s unique self so that you can always look back on your timeless photographs with fond memories.
Personalised Gallery Viewing
Dedicated hours and skills go into creating a personalised viewing session for you. We are here to help you select the best photographs to bring home, and our trained eyes in seeking heart-warming sequences will give you insight into the best ways to present your pictures.
What Happens After Your Shoot
The precious moments we’ve captured for you and family will now be curated, enhanced and prepared to ensure that you see your images as your photographer intended.
We invite you back to view your images 1-2 weeks after your shoot. A viewing session is 1.5 hours, which allows us to show off all your portraits in the comfort of our Gallery Room whilst you sit back and enjoy the show.
We will give invaluable advice on finishes, framing options and album possibilities suited to your personalised needs. During your session, you may also discover our full product line-up and purchase more photos if you wish.
Do show us the areas of your home you may be considering displaying your images along with rough measurements to ensure the perfect fit!
*Please note the selection process for the photos taken during the shoot is exclusively carried out in our head office, and we do not provide soft copies in PDF format for the purpose of choosing the final images.
Bring Home Memories
We are just as eager as you are when you get to bring home the keepsakes we have meticulously curated for you! Our team is committed to making sure you are satisfied with the creations from White Room Studio.
What To Expect
As part of your package, each selected photograph will be retouched by our professional digital imaging artists. Below is a guide for various product orders.
Photographic prints can take up to 3 weeks. Canvases, acrylic blocks, and frames can take up to 3 weeks or more, depending on the sizes and quantity you have ordered.
For coffee table books, retouching and designing of the albums alone will take around an estimated 3 weeks. Printing of the book will take another 4 weeks.
Please note that if you have multiple product orders, the total processing time may take longer than stated. Rest assured that we are working diligently to ensure you receive your keepsakes on time.
All collections are strictly by appointments only. We will send out a message to inform you once your products are ready for collection. Our head office is open from 10am to 6pm, Monday to Sunday.
We highly encourage you to drop by in person to collect your items. This is to minimise any accidents that may happen during delivery, and you can also personally confirm that your orders are satisfactory and correct.
