Yes. Our Corporate Portraiture Collection package includes 3 retouched soft copies of 3 poses at 2250×1500 pixel resolution. There will be 15 or more images in total for your selection. If you wish to have more than the 3 included, additional soft copies can be purchased.

The soft copies are ideal for uploading to your LinkedIn profile, your CV, or personal and corporate website.

Each additional soft copy is S$85, professionally retouched by our digital imaging artists to fulfil your corporate requirements (if any).

We provide a selection of formal outerwear such as blazers, jackets, and ties for both men and women.

We highly encourage you to bring along 1-2 outfits to photograph in. Darker/muted colours are recommended, for example greys, dark blue or soft pastels.

Our studio is open for corporate photoshoots from Monday to Friday (weekdays only). Our earliest time slot starts at 9:00am and the latest is at 6pm.

Yes, you can! We encourage you to bring along props to elevate your photoshoot – feel free to bring your personal items that can help you express your brand and tell your story.

Within 2 days of your photoshoot, your photographer will email you a PDF of your best images for your selection. Selected photos will take 3 working days to be retouched.

We understand that you might urgently require your photos for a business or media deadline as well. Kindly inform us of your requirements in advance.

Government guidelines currently have no restrictions / limit on the number of pax allowed in the studio.

Our spacious, light-filled studio spans 2 floors of a beautifully restored shophouse and is perfect for large corporate photography sessions.

2 different studio backgrounds are recommended during your 30-minute shoot.

White Room Studio is located within a 2400 sq ft shophouse, with all-day natural light and unique settings that reflect the history of Singapore. Enjoy the cool breeze and sunshine in our open-air balcony, or strike a pose at our Red Luxe Satin and Peranakan corners. Look smart as you smile confidently against the business buildings facing the studio.

Yes, we do photoshoots in the office and outdoors! Send us your photography brief at corporate@whiteroomstudio.com.sg and we will respond to you with a custom quote.

We understand that every organisation has their own branding requirements in terms of backgrounds, lighting, and poses. Having worked with many organisations over the years, our team is very experienced with working within each company’s brief, which are sometimes provided to all international branches in the organisation.

We will do our best to assign you a photographer of your choice. Rest assured as each of our photographers have years of portraiture experience across all corporate genres! Do also note that our photographers’ availability are subject to change.

Yes, if you require passport photos to be taken, please inform our photographers in advance and we will make sure to fulfil those requirements.

You may choose your passport photos as part of your package selections if you wish.
