Before your session, our admin team will be in touch to understand your needs and guide you on how to prepare. This includes advice on what to wear, how many outfit options to bring, and what works best on camera.
Our Corporate Portraiture Collection starts from $390, which includes a 30-minute studio session for one person. White Room Studio also offers professional hair and makeup services in-studio for $200 per person, designed to enhance your natural features for a polished, camera-ready look.
As each session is 30 minutes, we usually recommend preparing 1–2 outfits (the one you arrive in, and one additional option) if you’d like a bit of variation. This keeps the session efficient while still giving you flexibility.
In most cases, we suggest choosing outfits that are well-fitted, in colours that photograph well under studio lighting, while avoiding overly busy patterns or distracting elements.
Your photographer then guides you through the session from the first frame. Direction is specific and practical: the angle of your chin, the direction of your gaze, whether to keep or remove your jacket, and which background creates the right visual context for your industry and role.
Sessions at White Room Studio typically include access to both studio environments. The third-floor European arch studio offers natural light and a clean architectural backdrop, while the second-floor Peranakan character studio provides a warmer, more textured setting. Many clients choose to photograph in both spaces within a single session, resulting in two distinct visual styles from one visit.

What Happens During a Corporate Photoshoot
From perfect LinkedIn shots to corporate branding shoots, white room studio captures it all.
On the day itself, your photographer will begin with a short conversation to better understand how your images will be used. Some clients are looking for a clean, formal headshot for LinkedIn or corporate profiles, while others prefer something more relaxed for personal branding or media use.
From there, the session unfolds in a calm and fully guided way. You don’t need any prior experience in front of the camera — most people don’t.
We usually begin with a few simple shots to help you ease into the process. As the session progresses, you’ll be guided through small adjustments in posture, angles, and expressions. These changes may feel subtle, but they make a noticeable difference in how the final images come across.
Our two-storey shophouse studio allows for complete control over lighting, so there’s no need to worry about weather or inconsistent conditions, especially in Singapore. Everything is set up to produce clean, consistent, and professional results.
💡 If at any point you feel unsure about your pose or how you’re coming across, you’re welcome to view the images during the session. Our team will be happy to walk you through them as we go, so you feel confident and comfortable throughout.
