For companies with larger headcounts, such as 100, 300, or more employees, we recommend a detailed planning process before the shoot day. These projects are typically organised with allocated time slots, multiple photography setups, and a structured workflow to ensure employees can be photographed efficiently while maintaining consistent image quality.

Large-scale corporate headshot projects may be completed across multiple days depending on the number of employees, locations, departments, and portrait requirements. Smaller leadership groups often come to our studio for individual corporate headshots. The lighting is consistent all day, the environment is quiet and controlled, and there’s no time lost setting up or packing down at your office. We’re located at 219 River Valley Road, just five minutes from Fort Canning MRT.

For larger organisations, an on-site shoot is usually the better option. Moving 40 or 100 people across Singapore takes far more time than bringing the studio to you, and the schedule runs much more smoothly when everyone is already in the office. We bring professional lighting, backdrops, and everything needed to create a studio-quality setup.

Many companies choose a combination of both: leadership photographed at our studio, with the wider team photographed on site.

During the visit, we assess the space, evaluate natural and artificial lighting at the planned shooting time, identify the most suitable portrait locations, and plan the logistics for an efficient shoot day.

The best portrait locations are rarely the most obvious ones, they’re often quiet corners with flattering light, clean backgrounds, and minimal distractions. Identifying these in advance allows the team to arrive with a clear plan, reducing setup time and ensuring a smoother, more consistent shoot.

Send a clear briefing to all employees at least one week before the shoot. Include what to wear, when to arrive, what to expect during their 15–20 minute session, and reassure them that posing and expression will be guided throughout.

The turnaround time depends on team size and how many images need selection and retouching.

For smaller corporate headshot sessions, final images are typically delivered sooner. For larger organisations, particularly those with 40 or more employees, the complete post-production process (including image selection, professional retouching and image compositing) can take up to one month.

This timeframe also allows us to accommodate any employees who were unavailable on the main shoot day. Where scheduling permits, they can be photographed during this period so their portraits can be included with the final delivery, helping your organisation receive a complete and consistent set of headshots.
