The Corporate Portraiture Collection includes a 30-minute studio session, up to 2 outfits, and 3 professionally retouched soft copies from a selection of 15 or more poses. The Corporate Portraiture Collection includes 3 retouched soft copies of 3 poses at 2250×1500 pixel resolution, from a selection of 15 or more images. You may choose headshot, half-body or full-body shots. The soft copies are ideal for your LinkedIn profile, CV, and personal or corporate website. Additional retouched soft copies can be purchased if you would like more than the 3 included.

Each additional retouched soft copy is S$85, professionally retouched by our digital imaging artists to fulfil your corporate requirements.

Every corporate package is fully customised based on the number of people, session duration, studio or on-location setup, and the deliverables you need. We do not use one-size-fits-all pricing. Yes. Usage is agreed as part of your custom quote — simply tell us how the images will be used, whether that is your annual report, corporate website, careers and Meet-the-Team pages, investor decks, press or marketing, and we will scope the shoot and deliverables accordingly.

Individual corporate sessions are 30 minutes, which keeps the process efficient while allowing time for guided posing and outfit variation. Team and group sessions are scheduled according to headcount.

Well-fitted outfits in solid or neutral colours photograph best — greys, dark blue, black, white or soft pastels. Avoid busy patterns or large prints. We recommend bringing 1 to 2 outfits for variation. We also provide a selection of formal outerwear such as blazers, jackets and ties for both men and women, and a fully equipped changing room with a garment steamer.

Two different studio backgrounds are recommended during your 30-minute shoot. Our 2,400 sq ft shophouse offers all-day natural light and unique settings reflecting Singapore’s heritage — from our Red Luxe Satin and Peranakan corners to the open-air balcony, and the European hall and arched walkway on the third floor. The possibilities are up to you.

Yes. If at any point you feel unsure about your pose or how you are coming across, you are welcome to review your images on screen during the session. Our team will walk you through them as you go, so you feel confident and comfortable throughout.

Yes. We encourage you to bring personal items that help express your brand and tell your story — it could be a stethoscope, an instrument, or a tool of your trade. Let our team know in advance so we can plan the shoot around your props.

Yes. If you require passport photos, please inform our photographers in advance and we will make sure to fulfil those requirements. You may choose your passport photos as part of your package selections if you wish.

Yes. Professional hair and makeup is available in-studio at $200 per person, designed to enhance your natural features for a polished, camera-ready look. Let us know in advance so we can arrange your stylist. You can read more on our corporate hair and makeup page.

White Room Studio is located at 219 River Valley Road, Level 2, Singapore 238277, a five-minute walk from Fort Canning MRT. Our studio occupies a conserved 1927 Peranakan shophouse spanning two floors of natural-light spaces, totalling around 2,400 sq ft.

Our studio is open for corporate photoshoots Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 7:00pm (weekdays only, excluding public holidays). We recommend booking at least 1 to 2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred slot. To book, contact us via WhatsApp or the contact form.

A PDF preview of your images is sent within one working day — often the same or next day — for you to review and select at your own pace. Selected photographs are then professionally retouched and delivered within 3 working days. If you have an urgent business or media deadline, let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate.

We will do our best to assign you a photographer of your choice. Each of our photographers has years of portraiture experience across all corporate genres, with 7 to 23 years’ experience each. Photographer availability is subject to change.

Yes, and this is how most company bookings happen. Whoever is organising the shoot can liaise with us directly — we handle scheduling, preparation guidance and delivery, so it is one less project for you to manage.
