What to Expect at Your Session
Before the shoot
Our team gets in touch to understand how your images will be used and how to prepare — what to wear, how many outfits to bring, and what photographs best under studio lighting. Most sessions use both of our studio environments: the third-floor European arch for clean, naturally lit portraits, and the second-floor Peranakan space for a warmer, more textured look.
During the shoot
Your photographer guides you from the first frame — the angle of your chin, where to look, whether to keep the jacket on, which backdrop suits your industry. No experience needed; most people have none. If you’re unsure how you’re coming across, you’re welcome to review images on screen as we go.
Reviewing your images
A PDF preview of your photographs is sent within one working day — often the same or next day — so you can review and select your favourites at your own pace.
Retouching & delivery

Individual corporate headshots at White Room Studio start from $390 per person. This Corporate Portraiture Collection includes a 30-minute studio session, up to 2 outfits, and 3 professionally retouched soft copies from a selection of 15 or more poses. Our Corporate Portraiture Collection includes 3 retouched soft copies of 3 poses at 2250×1500 pixel resolution, from a selection of 15 or more images. You may choose from headshot, half-body or full-body shots. The soft copies are ideal for your LinkedIn profile, CV, and personal or corporate website. If you would like more than the 3 included, additional retouched soft copies can be purchased.
Each additional retouched soft copy is $85 (printable to 5R, 300dpi), or $125 for the larger 8R size (8×12″, 300dpi), professionally retouched by our digital imaging artists.
Individual corporate sessions are 30 minutes, which keeps the process efficient while still allowing time for guided posing and outfit variation. Team and group sessions are scheduled according to headcount.
Well-fitted outfits in solid or neutral colours photograph best — greys, dark blue, black, white or soft pastels. Avoid busy patterns or large prints. We recommend bringing 1 to 2 outfits for variation. We also provide a selection of formal outerwear such as blazers, jackets and ties for both men and women, and a fully equipped changing room with a garment steamer.
Yes — LinkedIn headshots are one of our most requested corporate sessions in Singapore. We photograph clean, professional LinkedIn profile photos as well as banner and feature images, optimised to look sharp at every size. Your 3 retouched soft copies are delivered at high resolution, ready to upload to LinkedIn, your CV and your company website.
Yes. Professional hair and makeup is available in-studio at $200 per person, designed to enhance your natural features for a polished, camera-ready look. Let us know in advance so we can arrange your stylist. You can read more on our corporate hair and makeup page.
Yes. If at any point you feel unsure about your pose or how you are coming across, you are welcome to review your images on screen during the session. Our team will walk you through them as you go, so you feel confident and comfortable throughout.

Yes. We regularly photograph full company teams, from individual executive headshots to large group sessions, in the studio or on location. Our spacious 2,400 square foot studio spans two floors of a restored shophouse and comfortably hosts large corporate sessions. Yes. We encourage you to bring personal items that help express your brand and tell your story — it could be a stethoscope, an instrument, or a tool of your trade. Let our team know in advance so we can plan the shoot around your props.
We will do our best to assign you a photographer of your choice. Each of our photographers has years of portraiture experience across all corporate genres, with 5 to 25 years’ experience each. Photographer availability is subject to change.
Our studio is open for corporate photoshoots Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 7:00pm (weekdays only, excluding public holidays). We recommend booking at least 1 to 2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred slot.
